NFL Power Rankings Week 16: ESPN Moves Bears Down To No. 21, Raises Lions To No. 9

Experts from around the web are reacting to what took place during Week 15 in the NFL, and the five-man ESPN panel has joined in by pushing the Chicago Bears down two spots to No. 21 overall. After losing Jay Cutler to a broken thumb the team has been trying to work with Caleb Hanie at quarterback, but the results have been terrible. John Clayton weighs in on dropping the Bears:        

21. Chicago Bears (7-7, LW: 17) Lovie Smith isn't ready to announce a QB change, but be ready, Josh McCown. (Clayton)

As for the rest of the NFC North, the Green Bay Packers held firm at No. 1 despite falling to the Kansas City Chiefs, while the Detroit Lions hopped up two slots to No. 9 and the Minnesota Vikings stayed at No. 30.
