2012 NFL Mock Draft: Chicago Bears May Try To Improve Receiving Corps By Drafting Alshon Jeffery

NFLDraftScout.com's Chad Reuter thinks the Chicago Bears could go with a wide receiver in the 2012 NFL draft and suggests South Carolina standout receiver Alshon Jeffery could be the guy:

Alshon Jeffery, WR, South Carolina: If Mike Martz thinks Roy Williams is a good fit in his offense, then Jeffery's probably on his wish list as well.

Jeffrey finished the 2011 regular season with 45 receptions, 614 yards and seven receiving touchdowns. His year was a bit of a disappointment in comparison to 2010, when he caught 88 passes for over 1,500 yards. This year the South Carolina Gamecocks had some quarterback issues, among other things. But Jeffery still possesses great tools and could prove a difference maker in the NFL.
