The Chicago Bears (7-5) are struggling. ESPN says the Bears are No. 17. CBS says they are No. 15, but at the bottom of the NFC Wildcard Race. SB Nation's own Joel Thorman also slots the Bears in at No. 15.
Add another voice to that growing chant: Sports Illustrated's Peter King is also selling on the Bears:
15. Chicago (7-6). The Bears have a path to the playoffs, but it would be best if Caleb Hanie drove the bus there instead of playing quarterback.
Last Sunday against the Denver Broncos (8-5), the Bears' backup quarterback Caleb Hanie threw for 115 yards with 12 completions on 19 attempts, and though he tossed no interceptions, four out of four NFL Power Rankings finger Hanie as a culprit in the Bears' descent into ignominy.
SB Nation Chicago will have updates on the Power Rankings from around the web as they are released throughout the day. For more information, and for in-depth analysis on the Chicago Bears be sure to visit Windy City Gridiron. Visit SB Nation NFL for more news and notes around the league.
