The Chicago Bears host the San Diego Chargers on Sunday afternoon as they hope to extend their winning streak to five games and possibly take sole possession of second place in the NFC North. The Bears aren't likely to be able to catch up to the Green Bay Packers at any point during the season, but another win against San Diego would push them closer to another postseason appearance under Lovie Smith.

The game begins a four-game span during which the Bears will play all four of the teams in the AFC West. Given that the division hasn't exactly been thriving this season, this could be viewed as an important stretch for the Bears to bolster their record.
