The Chicago Bears are hosting the San Diego Chargers on Sunday as they hope to win for the fifth consecutive time, and the odds makers are bullish about their chances against a struggling San Diego team.
With the Chargers reeling and the Bears surging, it shouldn't be any surprise that our partners over at Odds Shark have the Bears as 3.5-point favorites for the game. The Bears opened as 4-point favorites but have since been downgraded slightly. They're still clearly the favorite at home, though, after beating the Philadelphia Eagles and Detroit Lions in their past two games. The over/under for the game is currently set at 45 points.
A win on Sunday would bump the Bears up to 7-3 on the year and possibly put them in second place in the NFC North, depending on what happens with the Lions this week. The Chargers are currently 4-5 and could really use a win as they try to stay in contention in the AFC West.
