The latest injury update from the Detroit Lions is available and contains more bad news for Lions fans about the status of running back Jahvid Best. Best was held out of practice again Thursday as he continues to deal with a concussion. Best is not expected to play against the Bears but has not been officially ruled out. Defensive tackle Sammie Hill also missed practice.
Among those Lions limited Thursday were kicker Jason Hanson, wide receiver Rashied Davis, punter Ryan Donahue and safety Louis Delmas. Delmas is a new addition to the injury report.
Quarterback Matthew Stafford and tight end Brandon Pettigrew fully participated in Thursday's practice.
