While the big game for Chicago sports fans today is the Bears facing the Jets, with the Jets shooting for a playoff berth, the Bulls and Blackhawks are also both in action, as well as yet another one of those sponsored college football bowl games.
↵↵12 noon, CBS-2: NFL, Bears vs. Jets at Soldier Field. It could be snowing at game time. Last time an AFC East team showed up in the snow, things weren't so good for the Bears. Hopefully, today will be better.
↵↵3 p.m., CSN Chicago: Bears Postgame Live
↵↵3:15 p.m., Fox-32: NFL, Giants at Packers. This game will have a significant impact on the Bears' playoff opponent. If the Giants win, they're in. If the Packers win, things get a lot more interesting.
↵↵5 p.m., CSN Chicago: NBA, Bulls at Pistons. The Bulls will have to put together a better effort than they did on Christmas Day in New York.
↵↵6 p.m., WGN (Chicago only): NHL, Blackhawks vs. Blue Jackets at the United Center. I know, I know. "Blue Jackets" has meaning for Ohio people. It's still a strange name for a hockey team.
↵↵7 p.m., NBC-5: NFL, Vikings at Eagles. Hey, Brett. Please. Don't play. Enough already.
↵↵7:30 p.m., ESPN: College football, Little Caesars Bowl at Detroit: Florida International vs. Toledo. Which Detroit game will draw more fans: this one, or Bulls/Pistons?
