2010 NFL Playoff Picture: Eagles Lead NFC East, Bears Are One Game Away

One of the NFL’s all time biggest comebacks gave the Philadelphia Eagles a one game lead in the NFC East today. With under eight minutes left in the fourth quarter, the New York Giants held a 13-10 lead, at home. A surprise onside kick, and some amazing play and the score was tied at 31-31, with less than 20 seconds left on the clock the Giants punted to DeSean Jackson, who returned it for a touchdown as time expired to give Philly the win 38-31.

The Green Bay Packers played the New England Patriots tough, with backup Matt Flynn playing a solid game, but ended up losing 31-27. That loss means that a win against the Minnesota Vikings, will give the Chicago Bears first place in the NFC North, and a guaranteed playoff berth.
