Left tackle Chris Williams is officially out for Sundays game at Carolina with a hamstring strain, Bears coach Lovie Smith said.
Offensive line coach Mike Tice said he plans to go with Frank Omiyale at left tackle and Kevin Shaffer at right. But rookie Ja’Marcus Webb could work his way in the mix.
