The Bears have not converted a 3rd down yet, and they have had ten opportunities. Whether this is the result of poor gameplanning or lack of execution, that is simply unacceptable. It is very hard to win a game if you can not convert on third down. The Bears have the lowest 3rd down conversion rate in the league for the season as well.
