Chicago Bulls point guard Derrick Rose and adidas posted the second of a series of YouTube videos chronicling the MVP's recovery following a torn ACL late last year.
Rose talked about a variety of subjects, including how he could barely watch the playoffs following his injury, but Rose mostly focused on how his rehabilitation is going.
After interviewing a number of rehab centers, the Bulls' training staff decided that Rose should go to Athletes Performance in Los Angeles. There Rose had to relearn the most basic of tasks, including how to do march, run and even walk again.
Rose is hoping that he can return to play this season, with his best-case return date right after the All-Star Break in the middle of February.
If you would like to watch the video, you can see it in its entirety after the jump.
