Packers Injury Report: WR Greg Jennings Misses Practice Again

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Greg Jennings did not practice on Tuesday, due to a groin injury he sustained in his team's Week 1 30-22 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Jennings is day-to-day for Thursday night's game against the Bears at Lambeau Field, according to head coach Mike McCarthy:

"His workout and his rehab went pretty good," McCarthy said, according to the Green Bay Press-Gazette. "Tomorrow will be the big day. We're dealing with the groin, how he responds to it will be an endurance issue."

Jennings caught five balls for 34 yards on Sunday, and is playing for a contract in 2012. The Packers will be looking to avoid starting the season 0-2 at home Thursday night: only two teams in the post-merger era have climbed back from such a start to make the playoffs.
