Team Argentina was supposed to be Team USA's biggest test in men's basketball group play at the 2012 Olympics, but the U.S. might have already gotten that test when they narrowly slipped by Lithuania this past Saturday. After the game, Team USA's players and coaches relayed that the game was a good tune-up for the medal round, and on Monday we will see if they were right, or if the Americans have something to worry about going forward.
Team Argentina features NBA players Andres Nocioni, Luis Scola and of course Manu Ginobili, but they will have to work hard to keep up with Team USA's overwhelming athleticism. Lithuania, though, may have given Argentina, and the teams that follow, a bit of a blueprint on how to attack the Americans.
