The Chicago White Sox will take a 2.5 game lead in the AL Central into a four-game set in Baltimore this week to face the Wild Card-contending Orioles.

The probable starting pitcher for Monday night's opener are Francisco Liriano for the White Sox and Wei-Yin Chen for the Baltimore Orioles. Liriano, who is 2-0 with a 4.39 ERA since joining Chicago in late July, enters the game looking for his third consecutive win. Chen is also looking for his third straight victory after defeating the Boston Red Sox and the Detroit Tigers in his previous two starts. The rookie left hander heads into Monday's contest with a 12-7 record and 3.87 ERA.

Chicago is currently riding a six-game winning streak after sweeping both the New York Yankees and the Seattle Mariners. Catcher Tyler Flowers has homered in each of the last two ball games.
