Williams reached the finals with a straight-set win over No. 2 Victoria Azarenka in the semifinals. Radwanska defeated Angelique Kerber to advance to the finals, also in straight sets.
A victory for Williams would be her fifth career Wimbledon title. Radwanska is looking for her first Grand Slam title.
Live coverage begins at 8:00 a.m. CT on ESPN. ABC will televise a replay of the match at 2:00 p.m. CT. The men's final takes place on Sunday.
