The latest news on the troubled QB Tommy Rees suggests the Notre Dame Fighting Irish quarterback has changed his plea to guilty and accepted a plea bargain. The Chicago Tribune's Brian Hamilton has the latest:

Rees was arrested in early May for fleeing the St. Joseph County Police at the scene of a party in South Bend. Rees initially entered a not-guilty plea, but his new guilty plea will come with a fair share of punishments:

The Irish also had similar trouble in mid May when WR DaVaris Daniels was cited for consumption of alcohol by a minor.
