Jim Furyk seems to be the only player at the U.S. Open able to distinguish himself from what the Olympic Club at San Francisco has done to this field. Furyk is the leader by one shot and has the only score under par for the tournament.
Trailing him is 2010 U.S. Open champion Graeme McDowell, who is now chasing his second U.S. Open title in three years. Tiger Woods, Lee Westwood and Ernie Els are among players who are +2 on the tournament, hoping Sunday is a much better day at Olympic.
Woods is currently putting at the 16th hole where he seems to be in position for par. There's 12 guys within four shots of the lead.
