The 2012 U.S. Open begins on Thursday on the Lake Course at the Olympic Club, and there are plenty of TV and internet streaming options if you want to follow along with the action. Luke Donald is paired with Rory McIlroy and Lee Westwood in a super group set to start from tee No. 1 at 3:29 p.m CT, and here is a look at the full list of pairings and tee times.
