Brian Kelly statement on player arrests: "I am aware of last night’s incident involving two of our football players. I am of course very concerned given the nature of the allegations, but I am still gathering information. I’ll withhold judgment until I can collect all the facts and speak with both Carlo and Tommy."

Early Thursday morning, QB Tommy Rees and LB Carlo Calabrese were arrested for attempting to flee police after a local party had been reported for noise complaints. According to reports, Rees resisted arrested and has been charged with, among other things, battery to law enforcement, which is a felony charge.
