Tommy Rees Arrest: Notre Dame QB Enters Not Guilty Plea

Tommy Rees started all but one game at quarterback last season for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, but the Lake Bluff native got himself in a bit of trouble this offseason when he was charged four misdemeanor counts stemming from an off-campus party on May 3. On Thursday, Rees appeared in court to enter a not guilty plea. His next court date is scheduled for July 17

Rees was charged with one count of battery, two counts of resisting law enforcement and one count of illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was originally tagged with a felony battery on a police officer charger which has since by reduced.
