2012 Masters: Steve Stricker Finishes With 75 In Final Round

Steve Stricker, a graduate of Illinois, finished off his performance at the 2012 Masters with a 75 in the final round on Sunday afternoon. Stricker finishes the tournament at +7 overall after coming into the day at +4 following the first three rounds of play.

On Sunday, Stricker actually started alright with a birdie on the second hole, but he finished even on the front nine and struggled badly on the back nine. After getting a birdie on the tenth hole, Stricker posted a double-bogey on the 12th hole before getting another birdie on 13.

The final five holes would prove to be brutal for Stricker, though, as he'd post back-to-back pars before finishing the tournament with three consecutive bogeys on the final three holes. At +7 overall for the tournament, Stricker is pretty far down on the leaderboard. He's currently tied for 48th with Patrick Cantlay among the 62 players that made the cut.
