2012 McDonald's All-American Game Preview: Top High Schoolers Flock To Windy City

The McDonald's All-American Game likes to tout its alumni, and why not? The game is without fail a showcase for the high school basketball players that will be the NCAA's and NBA's future All-Americans and All-Stars. You could look up the list of past McDonald's participants, or you could, say, look at last year's NBA MVP results: Kevin Durant, Dwight Howard, LeBron James and Derrick Rose were all McDonald's honorees. 2012 March Madness stars like Anthony Davis, Bradley Beal, Cody Zeller, Rakeem Christmas and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist all took the court in last year's game.

So, who are the stars of the year's game? That's a question we won't be to completely answer for at least another year, but nearly all of the year's best recruits will be in action, including top undecided recruits Shabazz Muhammed, Anthony Bennett and Tony Parker. Amongst those that have committed to a school are Isaiah Austin (Baylor), Kyle Anderson (UCLA) and Grant Jerrett (Arizona).

Game time/date: Wednesday, March 28, 8:30 p.m. CT

Location: United Center, Chicago, Ill.

TV: ESPN
