Bulls Vs. Cavaliers Halftime Score: Chicago Leads 56-44

The Cleveland Cavaliers were able to keep up with Chicago in the first quarter despite the absence of point guard Kyrie Irving, but the offense sputtered in the second quarter, and the Bulls have claimed a 56-44 halftime lead.

Luol Deng, who scored 15 points in the opening quarter, did not score in the second, though he continues to lead the team in that category. Derrick Rose has nine points on 4-8 shooting to go with three assists and two steals. Kyle Korver has nine points off the bench, all of them on three-pointers.

Antawn Jamison leads Cleveland with 14 points.
