President Barack Obama's bracket predictions are out, and things are not looking good for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Obama is projecting that the Irish will be knocked off in the first round by the Xavier Musketeers, but if it's any consolation to Irish fans, the president is predicting that every single No. 7 seed will be upset in the first round.

It also may be of consolation that Obama's bracket predictions in 2011 were less than stellar. Last year he had all four No. 1 seeds in the Final Four in a year where no top seed made it there. In 2012, Obama is predicting that the Final Four will be the the Kentucky Wildcats, Ohio State Buckeyes, Missouri Tigers and North Carolina Tar Heels.
