Blackhawks Vs. Flames Score Update: Teams Head Into Locker Room Tied 1-1

The Calgary Flames took an early lead over the Chicago Blackhawks in the first period on Friday night, but the Hawks added a very late goal to tie the game at one heading into the first intermission. The Flames were put on the board by center Olli Jokinen, who scored his 13th goal of the season on assists from Jarome Iginla and Alex Tanguay with just over 12 minutes gone in the period.

But the Blackhawks would tie the game up with just 29 seconds left before the buzzer when Brent Seabrook netted his fourth goal of the season, with assists from Patrick Kane and Patrick Sharp. Otherwise, it was a period largely dominated by Chicago, who put 13 shots on goal compared to Calgary's six.
