NBA Slam Dunk Contest 2012 Time, TV Schedule And More

The NBA Slam Dunk Contest certainly lacks the starpower of years past, but the beauty of the event is that the four participants may yet have a classic dunk (or two) in store for us. If there is any true starpower in the event, it's likely being provided by Derrick Williams of the Minnesota Timberwolves, who was last caught on national television crushing dunks on the heads of the Duke Blue Devils.

He'll be joined by Paul George of the Indiana Pacers, Chase Budinger of the Houston Rockets and Jeremy Evans of the Utah Jazz. Neither three is known as a noted dunker, but George is one of the most athletic swingmen in the league and Budinger was on the right end of a few monster dunks while in college.
