Blackhawks Vs. Red Wings Score Update: Hossa Scores Late Goal To Force Overtime

After falling behind by two goals in the first period, the Chicago Blackhawks completed their late rally against the Detroit Red Wings with a goal in the final minute of action to force overtime. Marian Hossa netted his 18th goal of the season with just 58 seconds remaining in the third period to tie the score at 2-2.

The goal by Hossa was assisted by Duncan Keith and Jonathan Toews. The assist from Toews was his team-high 22nd of the season, while Hossa recorded his team-high 47th point of the season with the goal. The Blackhawks entered this game having won two consecutive games, which helped them move to second in the Western Conference with 57 points. Detroit trails Chicago by just two points for the top spot in the Central Division.
