The Cubs and Sox have released their tentative schedules for the 2012 season. Here are some of the highlights:
↵The White Sox will begin the season on April 6th on the road against the Texas Rangers. The Sox will play their home opener on April 13th against the Detroit Tigers.
↵Interleague opponents for the Sox in 2012 will be the Houston Astros, Milwaukee Brewers, and Chicago Cubs at home. The Sox will travel to St. Louis, Los Angeles, and Wrigley for their interleague road series.
↵The Sox will wrap up the 2012 season on October 3rd in Cleveland.
↵The Cubs will open their 2012 season at home on April 5th against the Washington Nationals.
↵Interleague opponents for the Cubs will be the two series with the Sox along with a trip to Minnesota to face the Twins. The Cubs will face the Boston Red Sox and Detroit Tigers at home.
The Cubs will wrap up their season on October 3rd at home against the Houston Astros.
