White Sox Look To Start New Winning Streak Against Boston

Sunday the White Sox will go for a much needed series win against the Boston Red Sox. In what is probably there most difficult homestand of the season the White Sox were able to take two of three from the Tigers, and doing the same against the Red Sox could provide this team a much needed boost.

Mark Buehrle will get the start for the White Sox Sunday. Buehrle has pitched great for the White Sox this season. The lefty is 8-5 with an ERA of 3.22. Buehrle hasn't pitched against Boston this season, but last year was 0-1 in two starts against the Red Sox.

The Red Sox will counter with Andrew Miller. Miller is 4-1 on the season but has a high ERA of 5.45. This will be the first time the Red Sox lefty has faced the White Sox since 2007.

The forecast at the time of first pitch is sunny skies with temps in the 80's. First pitch is scheduled for 1:10 CST. The game will be televised on CSN.
