2011 NHL Playoffs TV Schedule: Canadiens/Bruins, Kings/Sharks

The Blackhawks have the night off after their Game One loss in Vancouver. The Bulls have a couple of days off before the NBA playoffs begin after clinching the league's best record last night. And, the Cubs and White Sox also have the day off before beginning weekend series, the Sox at home vs. the Angels, the Cubs in Denver vs. the Rockies. There's still plenty of sports action on TV tonight, beginning with the other first round NHL playoff series getting under way, including an Original Six matchup in Boston.

11 a.m., MLB Network: Rockies at Mets (game one of doubleheader). Maybe this doubleheader, forced by a Tuesday rainout, will tire out the Rockies pitching staff before their series with the Cubs this weekend.

10 p.m., ESPN2: MLS, Fire at Timbers. That's a trip to Portland, Oregon, if you are not familiar with MLS team names.
