Streaky Blackhawks Look For Another Win Against Anaheim Ducks

It seems like the Blackhawks have been unusually streak prone this season. Long stretches of losses in the beginning of the season, and the now much more welcome rattling off of wins. The Hawks look to continue this trend as they go for their seventh consecutive home win tonight at 7:30 at the United Center.

The Hawks are currently in sixth place in the West, with the Ducks only one point behind in eighth. Winning a seventh consecutive home game would be a first for the Blackhawks since an eight game streak that occurred all the way back in 2009. Odds seem good for a Hawks victory tonight, however, as they've won five of six against the Ducks when at home.

With leading scorer Patrick Sharp out with a knee injury, the Hawks will look to Corey Crawford to lock down defense in the goal. Crawford is 2-1 against the Ducks this season and has allowed less than two goals per game against them.

Tonight's game is at 7:30 P.M. and will be televised on CSN Chicago.
