The hot Chicago Bulls, riding a six-game winning streak, continue their road trip in Oakland tonight against the Golden State Warriors.
The Bulls have continuing good news about the injured Joakim Noah, who, according to coach Tom Thibodeau, is on target for a return after the NBA All-Star Game:
"He's doing more and more," Thibodeau said Saturday before the team's shootaround at a downtown health club. "He's doing more shooting now. He's been doing the dummy offense and closeouts for awhile. But now he's adding jump shots. He's doing more conditioning and court drills. He's right on schedule."
Meanwhile, the biggest news surrounding the Warriors was the arrest of Charlie Bell, a seldom-used guard, last night on DUI charges. Here's guessing he won't play tonight. Meanwhile, the Bulls seem determined, after the snubs of Carlos Boozer and Luol Deng for the All-Star team, to prove that they can compete with the best in the league.
The game begins at 9:30 p.m. CST and will be televised on WGN, both locally and on WGN America.
