The Cubs launched their spring training schedule with a 15-7 loss to the Oakland Athletics on Sunday before a chilled crowd in Mesa, with the temperature in the low 50s.
Monday, the White Sox inaugurate spring training 2011 with a game against their co-tenants at Camelback Ranch, the Dodgers, with the Dodgers as home team for this one. The game is being televised on the MLB Network. Gavin Floyd and Lucas Harrell will throw for the Sox Monday, and Mark Buehrle and Phil Humber on Tuesday, among others.
