NBA Free Agency 2011: Chicago Bulls Speak With Nick Young's Agent

Everybody knows that the Chicago Bulls are trying to upgrade at shooting guard before the beginning of the season on Christmas, and they've reached out to restricted free agent Nick Young as part of that search. Young's agent, Mark Bartelstein, spoke with reporters today, stating Young's interest in staying in Washington.

He's got a great situation in Washington. They've been great to him. It's not a spot where he's looking to leave Washington, but part of free agency is you have to look around.

Some would likely view Young as a good fit for the Bulls given his scoring abilities. The 26-year-old averaged 17.4 points per game for the Wizards last season, and he could potentially drive attention away from star point guard Derrick Rose when the Bulls are on offense. He likely wouldn't come cheap and Washington can match any offer, though, so a move isn't particularly likely, though.
