Week 9 NFL Picks And Predictions

Ravens/Steelers and Chargers/Packers highlight this weeks list of games.

Week 9 of the NFL Season is already upon us. Week 8 I went 8-5 again thanks mainly to the Saints and Panthers losing games they really should have won. I also missed the Chargers on Monday Night along with the Seahawks and Patriots. Through 8 weeks my cumulative record is now 78-38. Here are my selections for Week 9.

Atlanta 24 Indianapolis 13

Falcons come off the bye week to play what will seem like another bye week. Colts seem to be getting worse each week.

Houston 28 Cleveland 14

Texans should head into the bye week with a convincing win over the Browns.

Kansas City 24 Miami 10

So the Chiefs start the season losing two of their best players and haven't lost since. Should have no problem keeping it going against the Dolphins.

Buffalo 20 NY Jets 17

This should be a pretty tight game. I'll take the Bills in a close one at home.

San Francisco 24 Washington 14

The Niners are playing well this season. Normally it's tough for teams to travel across the country and play well, but not when they get to play the Redskins.

Dallas 27 Seattle 13

I'm still not sold on the Cowboys and feel they are very overrated. I also feel the Seahawks are very bad so Dallas should win with ease at home.

New Orleans 31 Tampa Bay 24

I'd like to think that last weeks game against the Rams was a fluke. Saints should get back on track at home against the Bucs.

Cincinnati 23 Tennessee 20

Bengals are one of the surprise teams this season and the Titans also have a better record than most people expected they would have at this point. I like the Bengals in a close one.

Oakland 27 Denver 13

The bye week should have helped the Raiders and Carson Palmer get back on track. It's nice they get to play against Tim Tebow and the Broncos at home. I like the Raiders big.

Green Bay 31 San Diego 20

Packers are far and away the best team in football. San Diego is once again not living up to expectations. I like the Packers to remain undefeated.

New England 31 NY Giants 20

Tom Brady and company should get things rolling again for the Patriots. This could begin the free fall for Eli Manning and the Giants as their schedule gets much tougher.

Arizona 21 St. Louis 17

Two bad teams meet up in the desert this weekend. I'll take the Cardinals at home in a close one with the Rams.

Pittsburgh 24 Baltimore 17

In the game of the week the Steelers should win the rematch against the Ravens.

Philadelphia 27 Chicago 17

Eagles are starting to play better so I'll take them over the Bears.
