Maybe the prolonged process of getting out of Boston and into the Chicago Cubs' front office has made Theo Epstein a little bit crazy. In an effort to get to know each person on his new staff, Esptein has taken to song. Via ESPN Boston:
The Chicago Cubs new president of baseball operations took his staff out to lunch at Vines in Wrigleyville, and according to sources, asked each front office person about them personally and their education, concentrating on where they went to college.
Epstein, who will be introduced to the media on Tuesday, then asked each person to sing their college fight song. After everyone was through with their attempts, Epstein, a Yale graduate, got up on a chair and sang his own, according to sources.
