The rivalry between the Green Bay Packers and the Chicago Bears is the oldest, toughest, most competitive and most storied rivalry in the National Football League, even more so after Sunday's tough Bears loss to the Pack.

Now, that rivalry is being transplanted into the Lingerie Football League with today's announcement that Green Bay is getting a franchise in the league in 2011. And hey, Bears fans -- here's your chance to give the team a name that Chicago Bliss fans can make fun of. The Green Bay franchise is having a contest to name the team:

Starting today, fans can start casting their vote through Friday, January 28th for the LFL Green Bay team name by emailing LFLinGreenBay@LFLUS.com. The name with the most submissions will be chosen and the fan that was the first to submit the winning name will win lifetime season tickets to all home games, as well as host the franchise’s home-opening coin-toss.

Well now, what could be better than that? Besides, this gave us the opportunity to post the gratuitous photo above, taken during the Bliss' 41-12 win over the Seattle Mist last October 8.

Have fun, and in grand Chicago style, vote early and often.
