On Sunday, the Jumbotron at Target Field in Minneapolis showed highlights of the White Sox comeback win over the Red Sox.
↵Twins manager Ron Gardenhire was not happy about that:
↵↵↵“Scoreboard watching is one thing; having White Sox highlights during our game is a joke,†Gardenhire told reporters. “It brought everybody down. The crowd [got deflated]. We don’t need that. This is our game. We don’t care what the White Sox do until we play them. They’ve never done that, and I hope they never do it again.â€
↵And to be sure, Gardenhire spoke to the Twins front office about it. Monday, they showed highlights of the Cardinals/Brewers game instead.

That ought to be one heck of a series when the Twins come to Chicago next week. The Sox, trailing by 4.5 games with 24 remaining, need to stay close until then.
