Even though it's just an exhibition game, the Tribune's Chris Kuc says expect intensity in tonight's Blackhawks/Red Wings game:
"It's going to be a fast-paced game no matter who's out there playing," Hawks captain Jonathan Toews said. "We know the style they're going to play and that's up and down, really fast and they'll move the puck well. We'll have to work really hard to stay in there and keep them away from our net."
Corey Crawford, who will be the Hawks #2 goaltender this season behind Marty Turco, will start and is expected to play the entire game.
The game begins at 6 pm CDT and will be televised on CSN Chicago.
