Biggs writes on ChicagoBreakingSports.com that the Bears will work out Rod Wilson on Wednesday after working out other potential linebackers on Tuesday.

According to a source, the team will bring in Rod Wilson for a tryout on Wednesday at Halas Hall. Wilson was a seventh-round pick by the club in 2005 and spent three seasons with the team, appearing in 28 games. Wilson, who was one of the final cuts by the Jacksonville Jaguars this season, appeared mostly on special teams. He spent the previous two seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Tribune reported earlier that the Bears had four linebackers in for a tryout today: Marcus Buggs, Blaze Soares, Nate Triplett and Donovan Woods.
