Blackhawks Announce 2010-11 TV Schedule

Hockey season is getting closer… we know this not because it’s snowing out, but because the Hawks today announced their TV schedule for the upcoming season. 55 games will be carried on CSN Chicago, and 20 on WGN-TV.

It’s not that long until the regular season opens on October 7 — but you can see hockey even before that. Here is the Hawks’ preseason telecast schedule (all times CDT):

Wed 9/22 vs Tampa Bay at Winnipeg, CSN Chicago, 7 p.m.
↵Fri 9/24 at Detroit, CSN Chicago, 6 p.m.
↵Sat 9/25 vs Detroit, WGN-TV, 7 p.m.
↵Sun 10/3 vs St. Louis, WGN-TV, 5 p.m.

The September 25 and October 3 games will also be on WGN radio, and on October 1 when the Hawks take on the Penguins at the UC at 7:30 p.m., WGNradio.com will carry a live broadcast. You can find the complete broadcast schedule here.
