For the second straight day Sunday the Bears suited up in full pads for the fourth practice of this year’s training camp.
After taking a break Saturday night with minor injuries, Brian Urlacher, middle linebacker, and Olin Kreutz, center, suited up. But, according to Chicago Breaking Sports, injuries are starting to mount up already. Safety Chris Harris is sidelined with a back sprain, wide receiver Juaquin Iglesias is nursing a groin injury and Harvey Unga is suffering from a hamstring pull.
While these injuries are giving others a chance to prove their worth on the team, injuries, no matter how minor, need to be taken seriously.
Today’s practice, held at noon, was the only noon practice scheduled for training camp.
