Originally announced for an 11 am start on November 20 at Wrigley Field, the Northwestern/Illinois game on that date will now have a later starting time:
↵↵↵Kickoff now is set for 2:30 p.m. CT against the University of Illinois. The game will be televised by ESPNU, which is available in 70.8 million homes nationwide after moving to more widely available tiers on providers such as Comcast and DirecTV in 2009. ESPNU HD launched in 2008.
↵
That means it’ll finish under the lights, because sunset in Chicago on November 20 is 4:26 pm CST.
↵The later starting time will also likely make the owners of various watering holes in Wrigleyville very happy.
