Updating our update below: Carrie Muskat later clarified in a cubs.com article that Lou Piniella and Dusty Baker didn’t actually dine together. Rather, they ran into each other at Joe’s Stone Crab restaurant in downtown Chicago, chatted briefly and posed for some fan pictures.
