This isn’t a Chicago story, but it had to be posted. The Pittsburgh Penguins are looking for college students to flush toilets. Why?
↵↵↵Officials with the Pittsburgh Penguins said the hockey team will pick 250 students to help test the toilets at the new Consol Energy Center.
↵Penguins spokesman Tom McMillan said the test, which is required for all new arenas and stadiums, will involve all 386 toilets and urinals at the facility being flushed simultaneously at 4 p.m. June 10 to ensure the plumbing can handle the strain.
↵Officials said 125 students will be chosen from the applications and they will be told to bring a friend to help with the event. They said the only requirements are being at least 18 years old and having the ability to flush a toilet.

Well. That last one might be tough for some Cubs fans, at least if you saw the bathrooms at Wrigley Field before they spruced them up this year.
