The dream appears to have died for Big Ten fans. Chip Brown has tweeted that his sources have confirmed that Texas, Texas Tech, Oklahoma, and Okie State will all be moving to the Pac-10. The announcement is expected to come after the board of regents meeting on Tuesday morning.
Texas A&M is still exploring plans to join the SEC.
