The week 13 BCS standings were announced this evening and they might as well not have bothered. The top four -- Oregon, Auburn, TCU and Boise State -- all stayed in their positions from last week, despite Boise State's 51-0 win over Fresno State and the other three teams not playing at all.
It's also bad news for Ohio State, which stayed behind Wisconsin in the rankings and is now dependent on beating Michigan and having Northwestern upset Wisconsin for a berth in the Rose Bowl.
For Boise State -- a favorite of mine -- to have any shot at the national title game, either Oregon or Auburn, or probably both, would have to lose. That's not impossible -- Oregon has to play No. 20 Arizona, and Auburn has games against No. 10 Alabama and No. 17 South Carolina still on their schedule. (Rankings in this paragraph from the USA Today Coaches Poll.)
