College Football Rankings, Week 13: Boise State Wins In Blowout, Goes Nowhere

On Friday, Boise State defeated Fresno State 51-0 (pay careful attention, Illini fans, after your blowout of Northwestern at Wrigley Field yesterday, Fresno State will be looking for a big game against you).

Today, with the release of the USA Today coaches poll for week 13... nothing much has changed. Actually, this isn't a big surprise, since Oregon, Auburn and TCU, the other three undefeateds surrounding Boise State, all had the weekend off.

The top eight in the poll are identical from last week, and Nebraska is the only team that fell out of the top 10 from last week. The Cornhuskers drop from ninth to 15th after a loss to Texas A&M, which rises from 19th to 18th after the win. Northwestern, obviously, after their blowout loss, falls out of the ranking entirely. Northern Illinois, now 9-2, missed the top 25 by one point.
