College basketball starts in earnest (and in cities around the Midwest, too) this weekend. Here at the Deep Dish, we’ll list mostly games of local interest and some other Top 25 games airing nationally. The Bulls and Blackhawks have the day off.
↵6 p.m., ESPN: NBA, Jazz at Hawks. Here are two more teams that currently have better records than the Miami Heat.
↵6 p.m., Comcast 100: AHL hockey, Wolves at Barons. The Barons call Oklahoma City home.
↵7 p.m., ESPN2: College football, No. 4 Boise State at Idaho. Boise State probably has to win 150-0 to move up in the rankings.
↵7:30 p.m., Big Ten Network: College basketball, Eastern Michigan at No. 2 Michigan State
↵8:30 p.m., ESPN: NBA, Trail Blazers at Thunder. Oklahoma City fans have plenty of sports action to choose from tonight. (Hint: tickets to this game cost more than the hockey game.)
