Your Sunday Sports TV Schedule

The baseball regular season ends today, but playoffs are coming — and the Bears are featured on Sunday night.

↵

12 noon, Fox-32: NFL, Lions at Packers.

↵

12:30 pm, TBS: MLB, Yankees at Red Sox. If the Yankees win and the Rays lose, they are AL East champions. If the Rays win — no matter what the Yankees do — Tampa Bay wins the AL East. Both teams are headed to the postseason, but the East winner gets the No. 1 seed in the AL playoffs, the wild card the No. 4 seed.

↵

1 pm, CSN Chicago: Cubs at Astros. The winner of this game claims fourth place in the NL Central. (Not a huge deal, but something to play for anyway.)

↵

1 pm, WGN: White Sox vs. Indians.

↵

3 pm, CBS-2: NFL, Colts at Jaguars.

↵

3 pm, Fox-32: NFL, Redskins at Eagles. Joined when the Lions/Packers game ends.

↵

3 pm, MLB Network: Padres at SF Giants. Around the time this game begins, these teams will know if they are playing for the NL West title only, or if the Braves may force a possible three-way tie.

↵

7:30 pm, NBC-5: Bears at NY Giants. There’s no overhyping this one; the Bears have a chance to go to 4-0 for the first time since their Super Bowl year of 2006.
